"Il y a quelques années de cela, Rodolphe Burger m'a contactée pour participer à un projet avec James Blood Ulmer. Rodolphe et moi, ne nous connaissions pas du tout, nous nous sommes donc rencontrés chez lui, pour une première répétition en duo. Les années ont passé mais la magie de cette première rencontre ne nous a pas quittés, et le désir de renouveler cette expérience sommeillait. Alors voici aujourd'hui ce duo inédit, des reprises de nos amours de toujours, Neil Young, Jimmy Hendrix, des compositions de l'un et de l'autre, tout simplement, pour le plaisir." Hélène Labarrière
