Les 25 ans de scène du groupe Altan
Mairéad Ni Mhaonaigh (Chant et violon), Ciaran Tourish (Violon, Whistles et chœur), Dermot Byrne (Accordéon), Ciaran Curran (Bouzouki), Mark Kelly (Guitare et chœur) et Ronan Le Bars (Uilleann pipe) en invité.

" Fondé à la fin des années 80 dans le sillage des Clancy Brothers, Chieftains et autres Dubliners, ce groupe phare a publié une dizaine d’albums et visité nombre de pays du monde.
Il réunit quatre musiciens accomplis autour de la belle voix de Mairéad Ni Mhaonaigh qui s’exprime en anglais et en gaélique, langue qui conserve nombre de trésors du patrimoine traditionnel chanté.
Il tisse un répertoire de ballades, de jigs et de reels animés, hérité du Donegal, comté encore sauvage, situé au nord-ouest de l’Irlande, ainsi que du nord du pays, régions dont la plupart des membres du groupe sont originaires." Naïade Productions
